1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.


3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery times after dispatch:

Note: Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen logistics delays, weather, or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

If you don't receive tracking details within 3 days of ordering, feel free to contact us.


6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates

  2. Contact the courier company (details in tracking email)

We’ll investigate and ensure you’re taken care of!


7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening

  • Email us at info.duguz@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery

We will assess the situation and send a replacement if applicable.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery
